Does anyone ever get a parking ticket in Saigon? (I doubt it!)
No, no one seems to get a parking ticket out here. The rule of thumb is if you're the smaller vehicle you move out the way, FAST.otherwise splat. They even beep pedestrians to get them out the way when they drive on the pavement.
